My name is Wisnu Sukmana Putra and i am a network engineer is who designs, installs, and maintains computer networks. To ensure that the network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient. Network engineers need to have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

I am skilled at repairing hardware defects, installing and configuring software, and providing technical assistance in remote, email, or in person. Effective communication is one of my strengths. I am able to interact with users from various backgrounds and skill levels, explaining technical solutions clearly and helping them resolve issues quickly. I am also used to working under pressure and am able to manage my time well to meet user needs efficiently.

Currently I am studying at STT Bandung in the Informatics Engineering study program and working at one of the internet services providers as NOC staff responsible to monitors and maintains network infrastructure, collects network performance data, and resolves network issues in collaboration with field technicians and IT teams
